With security and cameras, I don't know how my son's scooter got stolen yesterday about 5:50pm. He chained his scooter to his friends parking lot post and someone cut the chains right off. He and his girlfriend was shocked. I was also.

The staff at Adiamo are by far the best. The maintenance team is great and take good care of the property. There has been a lot of improvements in the last year, and it shows. The property is well maintained Edith and Jirah have always been helpful and pleasant to speak to. Keep up the good work!

Decent place. I recommend getting the unit that has a loft. Ours has a good view of the Las Vegas Strip if you go up into the loft. Maintenance is pretty responsive, and we haven't had very many problems living here. Walls are very thin. You can hear a lot of banging and screaming if your neighbors are very loud. Because the walls are so thin, you also tend to hear a lot of children screaming and playing outside. It can sound like they're in the same room as you, even though they're outside. In fact, it seems like you have less noise protection from the outdoors than you do from the neighbors that you share a wall with. Please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

To start with the apartment complex really needs improvement the security sucks gates are open all day long dont have competent help staff way to young to know what is what lived there for 1& 1/4 years had my truck vandalized two times ordered things through the internet suppose to be delivered to the office said they hadnt received it which was a 500$ watch and other things office said not received which suppler said delivered. Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone lie about everything do not trust them with ur mail especially even ups they suck

Adiamo staff is awesome! They were extremely helpful walking me through the process of moving out of state and made everything much simpler. My apartment looks just like the photos. Very happy so far!
