They do no understand basic information security and cannot understand basic written instructions. Over the last few years I've tried countless times to get Mary, Jim, and Jerry to stop sending me emails and stop giving my email address out as if it was Jerry's and nobody takes me seriously. I'm a random person on the internet that has zero to do with this company that has had this email address since 2004, yet I constantly get their emails. Since they don't take me seriously and don't get it, I'm warning the rest of you who might be doing business with them or considering work. Their email security is extremely poor and they might send your sensitive payroll information to someone not related to the company. If you are sending Jerry an email to a gmail account it's probably not him and if you get an email from Mary that has Jerry cc'd, some rando on the internet is probably seeing it.
