In June Cathy scheduled me for a cut 7/13 and a cut/color 8/13. I needed the August appointment because I was going on vacation and I wanted a cut and color before I went. My work schedule conflicted with the 8/13 date so I called to see if she could reschedule. She said she doesn't have me on the books, doesn't work Sundays so I must be confused. I had to send her a picture of the business card SHE wrote the appts down on. She was able to switch me to 8/15 at 2:30. Today, I showed up my appointment and Cathy told me she didn't have me on the books today, that I missed my appt that that was last Tuesday - HUH - she asked what I was needing - cut and color - I can't stay for that she says. I got to go. I started to read through (aloud) the text messages to see if I made a mistake and she SCREAMS "Look, I am not going to argue with you", "My daughters boyfriend was killed.... At this point I just pick up my purse and walk out. I stated before slamming the door, that I was going on vacation which is why she was doing my hair. Maybe instead of yelling at your customers look at your appt book, own your responsibility for screwing up the appt date and time (for a second time) and see if you can squeeze me in on another day before my trip. I am truly sorry you had a death in your family. Can't imagine what you and your family are going through.

Hillary is absolutely awesome! I came in on a whim with the intent of cutting my long hair, that was almost past my waist, into a pixie cut. I also wanted to die it lilac or any color purple really The conversation was excellent, and I know without a doubt, even though she is my first official hairdresser, I believe she will be my last.

Cathy is super nice! She fixed a bad haircut and my hair came out so cute. Glad to have found this shop and Cathy. Yay!

First time here here to see Kathy and I am very happy! Kathy is personable, friendly, and an expert hair cutter. She listened to what I wanted and absolutely delivered! I will definitely be back and will advise my daughter to go here also! Her prices are very reasonable and her skill is the best!!
