I have been renting from Cardin Realty of and on for years. They are always responsive to any issues and they do their verybest to make sure their properties are clean and safe. I refer them every oportunity I get.

We have been with Cardin since 2013 and we won't go through any other realtor, Tami and the staff are wonderful. When we are looking for something else they are always pleasant and helpful. When we moved back to Nevada we called them and they had something for us which was a blessing.

My family and I started renting a home from Cardin just a few months ago and they have been, hands down, the best property management company we have ever dealt with. They are unbelievably kind, courteous, and incredibly prompt. The application process took literally only a couple days from viewing to approval to signing. It was seamless and the team at Cardin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Since living here we have only needed a couple maintenance requests but holy cow are they fast to get people on it. Same day/next day - and often theyre getting the vendors lined up for you before they even open for regular business hours. All in all, fantastic company staffed by fantastic people. You cant go wrong with Cardin. Were looking forward to many years with them.
