        Kind and professional front office staff. Calls regarding maintenance are handled in a timely fashion, although there are clarification issues between builder and maintenance responsibilities with newer built homes, which is understood. Front office is very responsive and supportive of the client in those regards.

        The houses are beautiful and getting a lease was painless. Since then we have had several issues. Getting a response from someone in the office has been difficult and when they do respond it is with all kinds of corporate speak. We still cannot connect to the ADT alarm system, which we pay for. The rules regarding vehicles on the streets are not enforced. We paid the amount required to move in and then they came to a month later saying we owed almost $300 more. The property manger is the problem, not the builder.

        The Pines at Ponderosa here in Fernley are amazing. The houses are gorgeous, especially with all the smart features in the neighborhood is awesome. Kristen Humphreys office manager is absolutely amazing. She will help with any problem needed whenever needed to find a solution. She is sweet and wonderful to work with. Im glad I made the choice of. With my family.
