        Parsons was hired by the buyer's agent to do a "well test" as part of home inspection process. This home had beautiful, clear sediment-free water for the eight years my parents lived there, the moment Parsons did whatever they did, the system was then putting out copious amounts of sand. When I asked Wayne Parsons what on Earth they might have done he claimed it was a "coincidence" and took ZERO responsibility for the damage. Furthermore, he was rude, insolent and unbelievably irresponsible. Do business with this company at your own peril.

        Did an inspection of the well on our new property. We had an excellent experience with Parsons. Every time I call I speak to one of the gals that work the office. They are knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to answer my questions and offer advice.
