Erica has been great to work with. Her knowledge and know how got me into a fantastic home. She laid out all the details perfectly and I couldnt of been happier with the purchase. When the time came to move on from that home, Erica took the wheel and steered us to a successful sale. Even when we hit a bump in the road that was out of our control she knew exactly what to do. I can speak from my experience that Ericas patience and passion helped our home sale exceed my expectations. Couldnt recommend Erica Gonzales enough. I first reached out to Erica in August of 2023 to see about listing our home. We were torn between selling or renting. Erica responded the same day and set up a meeting for me to speak with her partner Jody while she was out of town. Jody came to our home prepared with comps & tons of super helpful information. She left us a folder with everything she went over so that we could think about it. Erica followed up with us a few days later and we had let her know we wanted to list the home with them. From that point she was very quick to get us scheduled with a professional photographer (who took the best photos of our home inside & out) and came same day to get the papers signed for our listing. A few days later the house went on the market & within hours we had our first showing. We accepted an offer just 4 days after the home was listed. Throughout the whole process Erica was very responsive & attentive. Without her & Jodys Expertise and Knowledge I dont know if we would have been this successful. They work hard for you & would work with them again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I were looking to relocate to Nevada from California, Erica was so real with the whole process. My parents met her at an open house and im so glad they passed her information onto us. She always kept us informed and made sure we understood the process ( this was our first purchase ). We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
