        I had a scheduled appointment with a confirmation number. I arrived 25 minutes early. Another woman showed up at 10 minutes to 1 the accountant greeted by her first name. At 1 I approached the desk the accountant and told me "don't come in here" I told her I had an appointment and tried to show her my confirmation she said I was not on her schedule she was doing the other woman she wS super rude called someone else on the phone told this person I was an irate customer.
