    This rental management company is AWESOME!! The office ladies are super friendly and VERY understanding. Any issues that need to be repaired are done asap, and if they can't do it right away, they let you know why, explain the reason for the wait. We went to visit family last year for Thanksgiving, for a week. We got home and, to our consternation and shock, found our patio glass sliding doors shattered. We called right away, and the guys were there not even an hour later. When they had to leave and get new ones, they very politely let us know when they would be back, and were back BEFORE the time they said they would be. They thought for a bit that they might not get the repairs completed before night fall, the office called me and assured me that, if they couldn't get it done that day, that they would be bringing some electric heaters to help keep the house warm. But the guys were super determined to get the repairs done that day. They had to stay later than normal, but they made sure the sliding glass doors were installed and properly sealed and working good before they left. They never once cursed while talking to each other, or slacked off. They were super respectful and even cut their lunch time short in order to get the repairs done. Same when our heater stopped working all of a sudden. That same day 3 guys came out to fix it, when it seemed they might have to replace the whole unit, and said that they might have to rush order it and that it wouldn'd arrive till the next day, the office called me and assured me they would bring electric heaters so that it wouldn't get cold inside, since it was in winter. But, they continued to try and repair it all the while sourcing at different stores to see if they could find a new unit they could bring themselves instead of having it delivered. They expressed concern for our wellbeing and promised to do everything possible to make us comfortable. Thankfully, they were able to repair it before evening. Another time, our gas meter had been damaged and was LEAKING GAS. We weren't home. They turned the gas off and clearly posted on our door the emergency notice and what to do. I called the office, freaked out, but the lady there calmed me down and explained what I had to do. The gas company came out, determined they had to replace the meter, did it under an hour, and then did a walk through to make sure the leak was gone and no gas was leaking in the house. When we were late on the rent because our youngest was in the hospital and my husband had to take time off of work to care for our oldest while I was with our youngest at the hospital, the office lady was very supportive. She said that it was okay, didn't stipulate a date it needed to be paid, only asked us to give them updates onour situation and said that they could work with us, to not worry and concentrate on the most important issue, our child's health. They waived the late fees and were very understanding during that most trying time. I like all the office ladies and we love living here. I give them 5 stars, in customer service, in repairs, and in being a GREAT rental management business.
