I've rented from them for almost 5 years now. Always paid on time, till we had some financial difficulties tail-end last year, the office personnel were WONDERFUL. Reassured me that they wouldn't consider evicting, have worked with us until we could get current. Any repairs needed they have always been quick and efficient. The one time the repair had been done and was not up to standard, the next repair guy came in with a new stove and let me know that the previous guy had been diciplined for not doing it right the first time. The rental office hours are always posted especially holiday hours, atleast a week beforehand, and they are always nice, professional, and have never been less than courteous to me or my husband. If I could give 10 stars, I totally would!!!!!

I would give it a zero if I could. I called the women's that answered was rude and said no right away when I asked if someone there was available. Sad because the person who told me about them said they were nice and understanding just making them sound so super good and friendly. So not what I got from them thru the phone
