Last day for COVID shots or boosters. Not many people came. Staff was quick and professional.

Made an appointment and waited almost two and a half weeks. For our son to be seen, for a simple Health Check needed to start Pre-K at the W Musser location with Karrie Randall. Got a call morning of appointment not even an 1 hr before our time slot. A voicemail, stating there was a schedule conflict and they needed to reschedule our appointment. I returned their call and spoke with a man who didn't know much, tried to get an appointment earlier that day instead? (FINGERS CROSSED). We were advised that karrie randall doesn't even provide afternoon appointments and she was already gone for the day. Wasn't even 11am yet, really!? Preceded to tell us; maybe we could get an appointment at one of the family clinics, as he saw a cancellation. (After several minutes of silence and him yelling his computer was soooo slow) Nope, actually not. Soonest appointment not until mid Sept. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Karrie Randall doesn't care about it. Her staff doesn't even know her schedule. Run!
