        Went here today, could not find anyone to help me. So i went to the lab window. There was 2 ladies chit chatting on the phone, "personal calls" both kept telling me to sign in. I said i had a question. Finally a lady opened the window and asked what i needed. She sent me to wrong place . Patients and attending to others should be #1 not your personal calls!!!!

        I do not recommend this long term acute center in Carson City, NV. This is due to several reasons when a family member was in their care. To list just  a few reasons the person got  pressure wounds from not being moved often enough. He was drugged with high doses of narcotics (instead of starting dosages at more conservative level). He also went undiagnosed because they did not have the  proper test equipment in this facility. I hope this review prevents people needing this care from suffering.
