My husband and I wanted to design new wedding bands. We worked with Kendra. She was amazing. She worked with us and when we asked to see what other designs might work, she worked up sketches for us. We brought a pink sapphire into the store to be worked on and told the store owner not to cut if he couldn't do 186 carats. He called and said he could do 30 carats and we told him to not touch it that we would be in to pick it up. When we got it almost 1.83 carats had been cut off our stone. Do not bring your stones or trust to ruperts gem cutting in carson city.nv

Walking in to this quaint shop you are immediately dazzled by the beautiful selection of gemstones! I had a jewelry appraisal done here and the staff is amazing! After requesting a referral, I was suggested a local coin dealer who greatly helped me as well. I highly recommend this family owned business and I will return when I'm in the area. Thank you.

Their years of experience and expertise proved to be very valuable. Had my ring sized here that another jeweler wasnt able to do because of a bit of complexity in the band design. When I got my ring back, they had cleaned it really well and the diamonds were waaay sparklier than when I first got my ring! Great people and excellent service.
