I cant say enough about Hawkins and level of customer service!! Another heating place told me I needed a new furnace and it would be over $7000 cash to replace!! Hawkins came out and my repair was $237.00 total repair and Service call!! Thank you for your honesty. I am so grateful to you all at Hawkins again a big thank you.!!

If you have an Emergency on Christmas Eve, call Hawkins Heating and Air! I woke up today with NO heat and Steve Hawkins was the only person that responded. He was prompt, professional and had my heat working in no time. And, as luck would have it, about 15 years ago on Christmas Eve, Hawkins Heating repaired another heater at a home where I lived! Dependable service. Highly recommended!

Our heat went out on an extra cold day and we were able to get same day service from Hawkins Heating and Air. When Jim arrived at our home he completed a diagnostic and repair all in under an hour. I highly recommend this company. Also our puppy immediately trusted Jim - hes good people.

I would recommend this company. We called them when our furnace quit working and they came right out and fixed it for a very reasonable price. The technicians name was Jim and he was very nice and competent with 30 years of experience.
