Beauitful and hard working staff but the rooms are very dated. God knows what culutres live in the filthy bedroom carpet.

Where do I get started it was good at first they gave us a luggage cart for our stuff when we got to our joining room we did not have access to the other room once we got access it was trashed. The first night was good I like the shower and the lotion got a good sleep. The rest of the problems happens the next night I woke up one New Years Eve at 11:40 to THE FIRE ALARM Im trying to go back to sleep now this is the last day Im staying theres still time for more issues. ( the fire alarm was set of because of smoke machines down in the casino)

I'm 6'3" so I ordered the King bed suite but when we arrived they 'didn't have it available' so they put us in a double queen suite. However the 'suite' was just a room with a door to a trashed room with a 20" tv on a wall that looks like someone stole the furniture. Food, drinks, popcorn everywhere, trash overflowing. Room was trashed. We were told all the options were for smaller rooms so we ironically stayed there. Had a bed bug vibe for sure but it was already late and we had driven for hours. They still ended up charging us for the King Suite and I was told the manager Sam Pruitt would call us to give us credits or discounts or something. He never called, I ended up calling and leaving voicemail and messages at the front desk.. no callback here almost a week later. In the lobby they have pictures of the 'modern rooms' that in no way look like the rooms you actually get. very ghetto room! They said cleaning crew had gone home for the day so nobody could clean it for us. still charged us full rate+ Rooms: rooms look nothing like the rooms they advertise. It was like a 40 year old Motel 6 room with trash everywhere from last guest, popcorn on the floors, drinks and cups from past guests Food & drinks: There is a blackbear diner attached to the hotel but it was the worst breakfast I've had in quite a while. Hashbrowns were oddly chewy and the chicken fried stake was hard like it had freezer burn then was microwaved or similar.
