        My mom had gone in there with my little sister. She told the lady she wanted shoulder length and she ended up cutting her hair until it was to her ears. She came home crying and Ive never seen her this upset. Shes always the one to say hair is hair but to see her this upset about it is frustrating. The only reason she went here was because its 5 star rating. Very disappointing.
