        Frank and Michael are who you want training your kids they're tough enough to keep your kids in line and on the right track while understanding enough to not push them past their limits but encourage them!

        We live in Reno and its worth the drive. One of very few REAL BOXING GYMS left. The owners and trainers were very welcoming, kind and respectful. They allowed us to train and get in a few sparring rounds with some of their boxers. Great atmosphere with genuine love and passion for the sport. We most definitely will be coming back.
