They have 2 very unprofessional installers named Ryan and conner. They are rude and disrespectful and think it's funny. If you plan on using this company watch these two employees in you're house. Bad bad news there.

If you want a quality installation of hardwood floors look no further than L&M Hardwood floors We had our Brazilian Cherry floors installed by Larry 12 years ago, his installation and finishing was outstanding. Larry came to our rescue and we were delighted with the results from him and his crew.  He was also very honest with us and said our floor looked great as it was but we chose to add the wax/oil as another layer of protection and protect our warranty.  He was not cheap but he did great work,

Larry is not the man to work with. He is rude and has terrible customer service. He can say all he wants that he has worked in this said area for the last 20 years but, he is not communicative whatsoever. He does not let you know that you need stuff done or rooms to be cleared THE NIGHT BEFORE a job is going to be done. Really sad to be honest, not super "Godly" like. Quite frankly so disappointed in the service... piss poor really. Bumbai he learn! Does NOT make the customer and the job priority.
