When I called to talk with them about cleaning my area rugs Joe explained in great detail the entire process. He explained they could clean all the rugs right on top of my wood flooring without damaging the floors. An appointment was scheduled and Kyle arrived on time. He cleaned all nine of my area rugs. Thank you so much! My carpets look fantastic! I had two dog pee stains that I tried so hard to get out with my basic carpet cleaner and felt like they were just getting bigger and not coming out. I was so happy Joe was able to get the stains out of my carpet!!! This company is great value, great service, and overall just great people!
