I will let you know I have video of our conversation when you dropped Snowball off also I saved the matting from his chest.Mrs. Whitney you contacted me the afternoon before I closed for my 3 day weekend looking for a groom. I offered you an appointment on my first day back, you said your dog needed attention sooner he was in bad shape. I made arrangements for me and my help to come in on a day we are normally closed to groom your dog.You brought us Snowball, he was extremely matted on his chest and fairly matted on the rest. You wanted his chest shaved and his body brushed out. You had mentioned that you had been trying to demat him with a mat splitter. You yourself said that his skin was very thin.His chest was so matted I used a 30 blade to take it off. While we were shaving we found 3 scratches on his chest and a cut under his arm. When we say we found they were dry not bleeding and looked old.I did show you the cut when you pickup and I said it had never bleed. You seemed pleased with the grooming. I gave you some tips on how to keep Snowball mat free.Then you called me 3 days after Snowball‘s groom. Complaining about this and that and wanting compensation for issues that stemming from your dog getting dematted. I am not responsible for your attempt of dematting your dog and you are to blame for your dogs neglect. I just removed mats to give the dog some relief.
