WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR I have ever had! I went in with a ring I had gotten for Christmas to have sized. Guy helping me was NOT the jewler, brought out the rings that they have for you to see what size your fingers are and I tried several until I chose one that was 9 1/2. He wrote down the info along with my name and number and told me that it would be done in a couple days probably Wed or Thursday. It wasn't until 2 weeks later when I FINALLY GOT a call to let me know it was completed. Oh, it gets worse! I get the ring, and I was in a rush so I didn't check it on spot. I paid them the insane amount of money that they charged for the service and left. The next day when I had finally got a chance to inspect and try on the ring I looked at it and it is lumpy and uneven where he put in the added silver to size it and there is a bubble or hole on the under side of the ring. (I would add photos if this would let me!) Also, the fit was too tight! I couldn't wear it on the finger I had chosen! Curious, I took the ring back in to them the very next chance I got and saw the same guy that I had seen the first time. I explained that the ring was too tight and I was sure it was not sized correctly. I asked to see the ring with all the sizes on it that I had tried on to find my size and see the mandrel (you slide your rings on to see what size they are) to compare MY RING to the one that I had chose the size from. He brought both items over and he proceeded to slide the size 9 1/2 on the mandrel and it stopped PAST the 9 1/2 size. I then slid MY RING on the mandrel and it stopped BEFORE it even touched the 9 1/2! I then said "See, it is not sized right" and that led into a 20 minute argument on how many different ways "I WAS WRONG"! And then told me if I wanted it sized AGAIN that I would have to pay $35 AGAIN! Now, WHY WOULD I PAY AGAIN FOR WHAT WASN'T DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!?!? AND A POOR JOB AT THAT! TERRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! NOT ONCE did the guy offer to help resolve the problem but INSISTED I WAS OUT OF MY MIND, AND I WAS WRONG! I was out of time and had to be to work, so I took my ring and proceeded to leave. I WILL be going to a REAL jewler to have it FIXED and then sized correctly! DO NOT waste your time OR MONEY HERE! Over priced, unfriendly, and TERRIBLE SERVICES. PS, I WOULDN'T even give this a ONE STAR rating, there should be a negative rating for this place. And I would post before and after photos if this app would let me.

Took my Timex Ironman Watch in for a new battery. He didn't tell me until after he'd replaced the battery that it needed a new gasket, which he didn't have available. Said it would be al] right, but to put under incandescent light if it got water in it. Didn't last 1 second during my swim. He was closed for the next 5 days, so I took it to a real jeweler in Boulder City. The jeweler told me the Pot of Gold owner had put in the wrong battery, too thick. on top of not telling me he didn't have a gasket before did the work. When I went in with the watch after he returned 5 days later, he denied putting the wrong battery in ( I have the opening of the watch on video) and said the watch was wet when I brought it in. This is a complete untruth, as it was dry and fully functioning, simply showed signs of needing new battery. The battery he put in was too thick for the watch. So he ruined a watch I'd barely had a year.
