I used Jennifer for the fist time last year to do taxes for my S-Corp, a 501 (c) (3) and my personal taxes. She did a great job and gave me different scenarios that would allow me to make the best decision based on some unique COVID laws and our retirement account. I would highly recommend Jennifer!

Initial contact was friendly and very reasonably priced. After paying the amount I was told by Jenn that I owed to the IRS, I began receiving letters from the IRS stating that I owed additional money and had paid an incorrect amount. I attempted contact with Zischke, Walker & Hill on 5 different occasions via phone and email and never received a phone call or email in return on why the amount I owed was initially miscalculated, and what could be done about it. This is their only job and I am truly confused why I never heard back about the mistake(s) that were made. Due to the lack of communication alone I would not recommend this company.
