        Our family was driving across the state to go to Colorado and we were having what we thought was a balance issue with our tires. Fearing we would have to endure a vibrating truck for the next 6 hours, we called Penner's as we were driving near York and they got us in immediately! Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but they realized it was simply snow packed tires. After a quick fix, great conversation and a $20 payment, we were back on the road! An unethical shop could have easily said we had a bigger issue and charged us many multiples what we paid, but they were happy to provide this simple fix of cleaning our frozen tires after the snow storm we had yesterday. The staff was incredibly nice and service was superb. We couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you, Penner's! We are going to ponder on that van you're selling, too!         The staff went above and beyond in assisting with a flat tire that I had the Saturday morning. They stayed opened so I could get my car in the shop and have the screw removed from my tire. The repair job was excellent and I made the drive home the next day with no problems. Thank you again for the excellent service.
