        I woke up the morning (4/10) after my second night of stay and had severe bed bug sores on my right arm/hand and a couple on my back. I decided to shorten my stay and went to the front desk to checkout out of room 129. The clerk (Jenna?) was nice but she questioned my facts and tried to convince me that the sores were from spider bites. Is that supposed to make me feel better. The manager (Cherokee) was supposed to call me later that morning, but its 4/12 and I havent heard from her yet. Room 129 is definitely in need of exterminator service immediately.

      We apologize for the experience you had while staying with us. Unfortunately, this happens from time to time when a guest checks in with them on their luggage. We sanitize the room and make sure all bugs are dead before we rent it out again.
