I lived here for a year and had more problems with this apartment than any I've ever lived in. Started out the first month with there being "micro cracks" in the brand new bathtub that took almost 2 months to fix. That left my toddler without a bathtub which was a struggle to get him clean in the shower. Management showed little haste or care for accommodations. Then, shortly after that fiasco, I had a bug infestation that literally gave me nightmares. That sounds dramatic, but when there's 100+ bugs that start swarming in your brand new, CLEAN apartment, I was shaken up to say the least. It took OVER 2 WEEKS to get it taken care of, and I ended up bug bombing the place myself just to have a place to LIVE. I talked to my neighbors and they had similar problems. I kept getting blamed for having a dirty apartment, but anyone that knows me knows that I'm a clean freak, and that was not the cause of the bugs. I also talked to a pest guy that said there's a good chance they're originating from moisture in the foundation. I found MAGGOTS even in the most unusual places. Again, management showed no haste or much concern even after I sent pictures of the chaos that my apartment was. The last, most notable instance was a giant trail of blood leading from the parking lot all the way up the three stairwells. Even after calling to inform management that someone somewhere had lost a lot of blood, almost nothing was done and it took over a week for them to clean the huge trail of blood that my toddler had to walk through to get to our apartment. The cops were called on my neighbors several times as well for drunken, crazy behavior and domestic violence that was never addressed by management even after complaints. I could go on about a lot of little things, but in the end, I was just happy to move out even though they took almost half of my deposit for scuffs on the white walls... which to everyone else I talked to looked like normal wear and tear on cheap drywall. No damage to anything and I cleaned thoroughly. Not a good experience at all. Not to mention absolutely no amenities and no clubhouse. You have to physically take a check into a place across town to pay rent. Horrible experience.
