Cedar Hollow Apartments

Having lived here now for 7 years, our experience has been a positive one. Of course, as with any apartment complex, there are regulations to comply with. Our manager also has guidelines to follow set by the management company and Rural Development. Thus everything she does is closely monitored and has to be accounted for. So professionalism and respect toward all residents is a priority which she has truly demonstrated. As for camera surveillance, this has provided a safe and secure environment for residents. For one thing, if cars are tampered with, this will be picked up on by the cameras. Also if there is any unusual, unruly or suspicious activity occurring in buildings, this then can be observed. Lastly, it's interesting to note that there is always a waiting list so a good reputation has apparently been established overall.

I agree with Heather hardey,there was a person that told lies about me and made trouble for me and management loves to screw with you, you can't have a life when they are constantly giving you a hard time, she tapes warnings on your door,I was a good tenet,management person was jahova witness definitely not Christian not a very nice person she is evil.

Do not recommend. I lived here for 2 years and it was a terrible experience. I was a great tenant, and have never had issues in other apartments. First off my carpet was installed in the 80s, was discolored/stained and had an odor. The maintenance was a joke. Anytime I needed something fixed the maintenance man would be in my unit for hours and either did a poor job or didnt do anything at all. And the management (slum lord) was very unprofessional and basically tried to kick me out of apartment due to false accusations. They would make up rules on the spot for certain residents and have no rules for others. They were also too involved in the residents lifes even though no one was actually causing problems (myself and a few other residents in my building). Also they put up cameras outside and inside the hallways to monitor people, like a jail. So if you enjoy living in a jail you might enjoy living here. If not, run!
