My wife and I were first time homebuyers. Matt took what would normally be overwhelming and made it as simple as possible. He answered every question we had, took time to explain each item on his list in detail. Matt also let us know what things were health/safety concerns, fixes that should occur relatively soon, and the ones that can go on the "over the next year or two" list. He offered what he suggested for solutions, but always encouraged us to speak to specialists and get their input. Communication (written, on the phone, and in-person) with Matt was A+. I had an extremely pleasant experience with Matt this week when he inspected our home to determine the cause of some water intrusion in the basement. His expansive knowledge of home inspection is clear, as is his passion for helping people with their properties. He was personable, polite, and thorough.
