        I had to explain the location of the vehicle multiple times. Even with it being so close to their shop. The man acted like he didnt know anything. They wanted over 250 for what would take the 5 mins to get to the vehicle and 9 more mins to the drop off. Total miles 6.6

        Called as I was stranded in Waterloo NE and it clearly says they are located in Waterloo. They asked for the town and Zipcode repeatedly and when I asked if they were not based out of Waterloo as their website states, they hung up on me.

        Insurance arranged after an accident. John's texted enroute with 45 min ETA only to no show 1-1/2 hrs later. I called three times, "let me check on that" - disconnected, happened twice, no answer on another attempt to contact. It was night and freezing cold outside. After another 30 minutes of waiting, police returned to check on us and arranged a different local tow who were there in 15/20 minutes, friendly and professional.
