Worst service in the history of the internet. Disconnects every 10 minutes. Call customer service & they give you the run around. Everytime you call about issues its the same story You probably have too many devices connected to the WiFi umm no! Thats a poor excuse. If your service cant handle more than 1 device then you have a serious problem. Im paying a bill for a service that I cant even use most of the time. Will definitely be switching providers.

They make it absolutely impossible to cancel service! If you tell them you want to cancel they will act like your account doesnt exist and theyll give you another number to call. You call the number and it says press 5 to get assistance canceling service and all you hear is the busy tone!!! Cant cancel online or over the chat either! I have been trying to actually get ahold of somebody to talk to 5 times now! At this point Ill just stop paying and if they want to come after me for the money Ill just show them all of the evidence of me trying to cancel the service and then theyll have a lawsuit on their hands! Im more than happy to call my lawyer
