        This is a small, fully authorized Verizon facility. We worked with Bobby. I have never worked withe a better Verizon associate in my life. Our phone situation was one that made no sense to any of us. But Bobby stuck with it and found a solution for us. Even though we couldn't understand the power source issues. Thank you Bobby, Verizon needs to know that your a valuable employee. Thanks again for your help on my wife's power issues on her phone. It's working 👍. Thanks, Poteet's
