        I have purchased two sets of tires from them. Both had one faulty tire before the life of the tires. I think they could do a much better job of representing their customers when a tire goes bad. With or without the protection plan its just courtesy and good business practice. To their credit they did get this tire replaced quickly. I was charged almost full price. Not good.
