Absolutely god awful and if you have the unfortunate circumstance of having your loan obtained by them, RECORD YOUR CALLS - THEY WILL NOT DO THINGS CORRECTLY. They are beyond atrocious and I am on rep #8 due to 4 being overseas and not understanding what in the hell I wanted to do, 2 blatantly refusing to help because they obviously didnt know and got an attitude, 1 who was wrong about where funds were allocated and 1 who put me on hold for 10 minutes and didnt come back. This company is absolute garbage. STAY AWAY.

I have had the unfortunate experience of having Freedom mortgage take over my loan. They have been absolutely miserable to work with. THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU & WON'T GIVE IT BACK.

I can't believe we are stick in the mortgage until the interest rates drop. They have STOLEN money from us and repeatedly assuring us they will refund it asap, they have given us several dates of the refund and Everytime we call back it's and "oops something messed up and we have to start over" going into the holidays and are BROKE because of this awful company. They need to be shut down. Sad that they are able to function and literally steel from people.

The customer service is terrible! We have had nothing but issues since they took over our loan! They dont listen and they never have any answers. I hope I never have to deal with them again!
