        Can you explain to me how you can charge me for extra cheese when all I did was substitute. The young girl at the counter argued with me and told me it was an add on. If thats so where is the other cheese that comes with the sandwich? Point at the little section that says add-ons below are extra. So if a blt lists bacon are you still charging extra for that bacon. Young people have no idea what customer service means. If there was going to be additional fees you should have said something. You also should have given me the at least what I paid for. At this location the manager stood back and didnt say a word. Customer service doesnt exist here. And obviously the customer is always wrong as well. Ill never eat here again. To top it off they say 2 servings of veggies with every sandwich. They must classify a serving as a teaspoon. 4 slices of every vegetable on a footlong. Ive had more veggies on a McDonalds burger. Subway has become a joke with double the price and half the food and no customer service.
