Called 4 times for snow removal and never got a call back. Always want to give local businesses a chance first.If this is how they treat potential customers I want nothing to do with them.

I'm sorry, no one returned your call, Currently we're completely full on customers and short on employees, so With this much snow back-to-back It's hard for me to return every phone call when i'm in the truck plowing day and night. Again I am sorry that I wasn't able to get back to you.

Don't be afraid to call big bear for lawn service.they did a fantastic job helping me remove tree limbs that were hanging into my neighbor's house.now there doing all my lawn care.the owner ian is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet.
