worst place to deliver too don't care about you time I was the only truck here and it's been over 2 hours and they just do there own thing I won't be back

Sign on receiving office door says Monday thru Friday 6am to 2pm, by appointment. Being a good lil truck driver I show up an hour early for my appointment. As most truck drivers do. Door was locked. No number to call receiving. Doorbell is missing. No answer when knocking on the door. Called general number, automated system wasn't helping. Customer service wasn't going to be available until 0730, by the sounds of it, unclear. Pounded on dock door until someone answered. Lady that opened the dock was extremely rude. Chastising me for banging on the dock door, stating I only needed to knock twice and someone would have heard me. Advised her the door was locked, doorbell is missing, tried to knock on people door-no answer, tried to call-not helpful, and that I had no way of knowing what type of noise level was in their dock area or if anyone could hear me knocking on the outside of the dock door. She snarkingly replied with, well your appointment isn't until 0700, you're extremely early......it was 0635 when I had that conversation. 25 min until my appointment time. This place used to be efficient and accommodating, pre-covid.
