Mandi did what I thought was not going to be possible and that was to sell our home during the Thanksgiving holiday season. She prepped us on how to stage the home we were living in to best showcase the home not only for photos but for showings. Not only did our house sell during the holidays it did so in record time. The question isn't...."should we use Mandi?" the question should be....."why are we not using Mandi!"

Stop searching, you've found your realtor! From my first conversation with Mandi, it was clear she was different from the rest. When I was getting impersonal emails with an obviously automated list of available houses from other realtors, at the same time, Mandi was talking with me like a human and had an actual interest in helping me. Not only was she the most attentive, but also the most helpful by asking me questions and making all my options clear. Mandi want above and beyond what may be typical of a realtor, but as a new buyer, there was a lot i didn't know. Mandi walked me through it all! And what an added bonus that she is honest, realistic, and a genuinely nice person. Suddenly what was once a daunting task, became a memorable and fun adventure. Its clear that Mandi doesnt just want to help you buy a house, she wants to help you find your home!

Mandi was incredible to work with. She helped us on the purchase and design of a new build home that we loved for many years. We enlisted Mandi to sell that home which she did FAST with an excellent offer. She then found and negotiated a nice deal on our current home. In addition to her professionalism and knowledge of the market Mandi is an expert in design and staging. Her genuine kindness and willingness to help every step of the way made the process fun, easy and stress free. So grateful to have worked with Mandi and look forward to working with her again.

I had a fantastic experience working with Mandi. Moving to Omaha from out of state, I needed someone to help me navigate a lot of unknown terrain, and to put it simply: Mandi was great. She listens, negotiates, advocates, and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend her!
