Went to the ER b4 I went to see McGill n she refused to even come out n speak to me bouts anything. I would not recommend this physician to even my dogs.

I have been going to Dr. McGill for over 20 years. I use to love it here. I loved the fact that you had 1 doctor and that doctor knew you. Now you might as well go to a Urgent Care. You never have the same doctor. No one has a clue who you are or your past medical history. I am very saddened by this as I have recommended several people to this office, not anymore.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. McGill for well over 10 years and always loved our experience but over the last year or so the quality of care has dramatically declined. They rarely answer the phone and almost never return phone calls, regardless of the issue. I can't even remember the last time anyone in my family was actually seen by Dr. McGill. We have decided to find a new family doctor because of the level of care we have been given over the last year or so. We can't get prescriptions filled in a timely manner and when they do call them in, their wrong in some way. I was told today that my current issue was going to be top priority and would receive a call back soon. I've waited all day, and nothing. That was the last straw for me and my wife. Our family will not be returning to Dr. McGill's office and I suggest to anyone looking for a family doctor, to look elsewhere and avoid the run around that this office is giving. We are honestly sad about all of this because this office used to be great but it's very clear now that they just don't care enough to even call their patients back, even about VERY serious matters. I hope they change for the better, but like I said, over the past year or so, it's only gotten worse.

Love Dr. McGill and get staff they always listen and have taken such good care of me over the years.
