FRAUDS!!!!!!!! They sent a email AND text message to confirm my appointment. I showed up fifteen minutes early and called to confirm the location because they have TWO different locations posted. Neither are accurate!!! DO NOT USE THEM. Go Authentic Brazilian Wax by Vanella on Center street and ask for Cierra!!! Shes AMAZING!!!!!

I've never written a review for anything in my life before, but this time it felt completely necessary. I've been getting waxed for 10+ years and this was truly the worst Brazilian wax I've ever had. Not only was she asleep on the waxing table when I arrived, but she missed huge patches and it was more painful than any other wax I've had. I had more ingrown hairs pop up after this wax than I've had in my lifetime. My skin was so irritated for two weeks. When I went to get waxed a few weeks later (by another lady) she told me that the technique used was terrible, I had broken hairs all over, and I may have well have just shaved.
