I did not ever meet Dr Feloney, but was scheduled to have a vasectomy performed by him the day after Thanksgiving 2019. About five weeks after the scheduling I was notified that they were closed that day and I would have to reschedule. This was less than ideal because I had requested during initial consult that the procedure be performed before the end of the year because it was in my best interest after having met my deductible and it would save me money. At this point I was left with only 6 weeks left in the year and was left scrambling, and of course Feloney's office was booked through the end of the year. However, I called around and was fortunate to find another doctor at a different clinic that accepted the initial consult and had an opening to perform the procedure within the calendar year. So although I cannot comment on Feloney's personality or bedside manner or surgical skill - the scheduling left me extremely unsatisfied and almost cost me a lot of money.
