Always have a great experience at Medexpress. The staff is friendly, informative and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure my visit is great and I am taken care of.

Worst experience I have ever had. They take rude to the next level. These people are NOT medical professionals.

I waited 3 1/2 hours just for them to diagnosis my with gerd in which I could have diagnosed myself because I have IBS which gerd goes along with. They couldn't tell me why I had a fever/chills,body aches or even while I was blowing out of both ends. So Of course I'm still in pain with no answers.

I went here because I was traveling and this was my only option. When I went in everyone was nice to me and my baby. A couple days later I was feeling really bad, I read the side effects you should call your doctor on the medication sheet. I called my doctor and she told me I had something else, that it wasnt the medication. I believed her even though I knew it was the medication because I was completely fine before. Two days later the symptoms got worst and I called her again. She told me the same thing, that I had something else and that she couldnt help me. She told me to go to the Er....I called my provider and went to the ER. The ER not only told me I was having an allergic reaction but I was given the wrong mediation because I didnt have what express diagnosed me with. After just being on the medication CHI gave me for just a day I feel so much better. In conclusion I will never go here ever again, I will never tell someone to go here EVER. She wasnt doing her job and noticing the red flag and even told me she couldnt help me and to go somewhere else (what doctor does that) So if you want to be misdiagnosed and have your need be swept under the rug, this is the place for you. This place should be close down.
