did good job last year but this year it has not been up to the mark. They market for free service call in case of issues but to my observation, they delay free service to some how match up with next paid service so that they don't have to make an additional trip (free service) to address the issue. Much better choices in the Omaha area. Please go with a more credited company, they won't show up and it's a fight to even get them on your property after you've paid everything up front for the year.

I have been a customer with Naturescape Lawncare for several years now. From when I was first beginning to protect my lawn from weeds, to seeding dead spots and working with the rocky landscape I have around my yard, they have gone about and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. They are a company truly living up to their guarantee of satisfaction. During the last couple years, while I have been fine tuning my yard and growing back several spot where the grass had died, weeds took hold even after my yard had been sprayed. A quick call to Naturescape with an explanation of our needs and they were back out to further tend to our yard's needs. As well as our yard, they are great about spraying all of the rocks, which saves us so much time from pulling weeds. We will be with Naturescape for many years to come! We have been very pleased with Naturescape & there services. From the beginning calling the office to sign up to all the applications being applied. A must is the Mesquito spray in the summer! Great company!
