        The guy behind the counter was fairly rude. There was a better way to tell someone that he just didn't want to bother with cleaning and reselling. Lowballing 3 people that came in with pieces/builds. He only offered $100 for a bowser set because it was dirty and no instructions. At my local bricks n Minifigs, they take sets all the time and sell it as incomplete. I was here for Brick Days at the MidAmerican Center and was taken aback with how little the selection of pieces there were.

        Awesome to have a store like this nearby. Kind workers and a great selection for people looking for sets or just individual pieces for MOCs. Definitely will be back in

        We live nearby and come in pretty often. The new sets are definitely a little pricier but every time we need a random little piece to finish something we are able to find it. Most recently we needed two of a really tough to find piece and the owner, the staff and even other customers searched the bulk until we found them. They also went above and beyond to help us find a set for our 5 year old for Christmas. Everyone we have dealt with is obviously passionate about Lego and the customer service definitely makes it worth paying a little extra.

      Full disclosure: We offered the guy $92 for the Bowser set, that was dusty and had no instructions. We currently have this set complete w/ instructions on the shelf for $185 (soon to be marked down to $175, as it is a slow seller). Not sure how offering $92 on a $185 set is lowballing.And it's not that we don't want to bother cleaning sets. We explain our process to all sellers, and that includes letting them know that we lower offers when we are going to have to expend considerable time / labor to clean sets. If the customer wants to increase their offer, we let them take the set home and clean it themselves. We offer more for sets that takes little to no labor to get "sellable".And I will admit, the shelves and tables are / were pretty thin. Last week was Spring Break, and with BrickDays in Council Bluffs, it has been crazy busy, and with employees (and myself) being out at differing times for Spring Break, we fell behind with keeping everything stocked. We are getting everything restocked this week. I would invite you back to see if under better circumstances we could earn a 4 or 5 star review.-Brian
