Two salesmen (Tanner and Matt) came to my door despite a large No Soliciting sign. Decided to give them a shot against my better judgment. Was told they could only schedule their appointment between 8am-5pm but they would give 30 minutes notice prior to arrival. Got a message from the technician Kenneth at 12:24pm the day of stating they would be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. At 12:33pm Kenneth messaged again stating he was here. I messaged him back saying i would be there in 10 minutes, and when I arrived Kenneth had left a note on the door stating he was here at 12:30pm. Basically he failed to give the notice he was supposed to and instead opted to send it when he was already out front. Then when I called back in I was told I would need to schedule ANOTHER appointment and take another day off work where they would arrive with no notice somewhere inside a 9 hour window. Promptly canceled any further appointments as this is clearly the kind of service they offer.

I have a landline and internet and nothing has been working and they are of no help!!! But they still want me to pay my bill

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Just awful. Stop saving money by outsourcing your calls and text support from India and get actual CSRs, Dear god.

Their customer service and internet sucks! Im a customer care rep and to be hung up on... is ridiculous. I will not recommend you all to anyone. Also ive been having issues with my internet and they dont do anything for it.

I live in the apartment next to this building, and their generators are unacceptably loud. They should be relocated to the roof because there is an entire side of the building that has to tolerate the noise when they are running. To make the situation worse, there is one really loud generator that is run every third Sunday of the month between 9-10 in the morning when most people are either trying to sleep or relax. Furthermore, when the power goes out that same generator turns on. Last night, there was a temporary blackout for OPPD and the generator went off at 4 AM. It is unacceptable to have these generators placed so close to a residence because it is a major disturbance for residents in the neighboring building.
