I think the previous reviews for this company have been cleared recently since they were bought out by Alorica because no one I've met who has worked at West has anything positive to say about them.
I can speak personally that when I worked at West 6 years ago as an AT&T Service Account Rep, it was a toxic work environment.
I have unique memories of co-workers sleeping at desks, playing World of Warcraft, filling out profiles for adult dating sites, and doing day-trading, all while putting folks on hold indefinitely.
Luckily, after 9 terrible months, I found better work in Account Management about a mile away that paid almost twice as much.
If you're still working in those conditions, remember that it's currently a strong economy, and there are better companies that will hire folks even with only GEDs.
