Spent 1.5 hours one Saturday with a pre-arranged appointment only to run out of time because another person was waiting. Was told to come back the following week and scheduled an appointment. I was told that work would be finished and all we would need to do was sign and go. Upon arrival the next week, we were kept waiting past our appointment time without acknowledgement. After waiting 20 minutes I had to go back and announce my presence as we could hear both tax preparers just sitting back talking. I was told we had no appointment and it took awhile to find our paperwork. I showed her my appointment card. Once she found tge paperwork, it was discovered that no work was done on the taxes as promised. She was frazzled and kept blaming the problem on "they".An hour into the appointment something happened and she was locked out of the computer. Here we are another 1.5 hours later and taxes still not done. We have standard deductions nothing too complex. We need someone more dependable and reliable. Maybe next year I'll do turbo tax myself....or go elsewhere. Disorganized and very stressful. My time was not valued and I don't feel we had very good service.
