I've been working with Fawnda for going on 4 tax seasons, and my husband has been with her even longer. She is so thorough in sorting so many W2's, daycare bills, student loan interest etc. She always makes sure we maximize our return, or owe as little as possible.My husband is self employed and he works with her regularly to keep him up to date and offers great tips on bookkeeping and has solid advice. She is our number one person and recommendation when it comes to taxes, payroll and bookkeeping.

I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service I received at Action Tax & Bookkeeping, the staff was very friendly. I have little knowledge about taxes and had a lot of questions, I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous and efficient manner my questions were answered. Fawnda took the time to explain my whole tax return to me line by line so I understood everything before my return was filed.I am not use to people going out of their way to accommodate me,good customer service is hard to find these days.I will definitely be back next year!!!

Our experience with Action Tax & Bookkeeping has been exceedingly negative. We went to this office, with a list of very specific things which needed to be done in a particular order to straighten out some issues with back taxes. It was a disaster-- there is something wrong with every year that was done; information (earnings and such) was transposed for the wrong years-- couldn't believe it, it shows income for some states when we weren't even living there in those years, etc. Not only were the tax forms themselves prepared with the wrong information and dates, there is no evidence at the state and federal offices of the amendments having been electronically received-- and we were assured by Action Tax & Bookkeeping that this information would be sent immediately.
We do not recommend that anyone take their business to Action Tax & Bookkeeping.
