Called in August to check on our handrails which were ordered Spring 2021. We were told theyd be here mid-September. Checked back in mid-September, and we were given the runaround and finally told theyre on back-order. Found them on Amazon and had them 5 days later. Tom, who answered the phone, actually told me he was too busy to talk to me. It was a disappointing experience after having spent so much money with their company.
