        Marcus is the bomb! But the hidden $9/month REQUIRED insurance fee WAS NEVER MENTIONED until contracting. Thus, whatever price they state on line for the storage unit per month, add $9 to it and that's your real monthly cost

        Rachael was amazing helping me. I was in a rush to move and she assisted my parents and myself in getting a unit as I was leaving town for work and had to move due to the selling of my house all in the same week! She was awesome!
