We live hours from a softmoc, we were driving though Omaha and I needed to EXCHANGE a pair of shoes, did not have the physical reciept but a picture since it was left at home. They proceeded to tell me that because no one took an email address we only had 30 days to return them instead of 90 days. I wanted an EXCHANGE not return. Manager pretty much told me nothing she could do. I called the 800 number for softmoc and they said that wasn't right and to take them back to the store we bought them from and they would gladly take an exchange because we're still within the 90 days. Smh thanks for the run around.
