This shoutout is for Ms. Deb. Shes a CMA instructor with decades of experience and a sassy presentation style. You will learn from her stories which are rich with real life - profanity, terrible coworkers and mgmt, and so many beautiful moments with favorite residents - all together. Take good notes. Skills testing is last on the agenda and not what you might expect. I have awful test anxietyperforming skills in front of a group wrecked my confidence and I made mistakes that nearly put me to tears - but thats me. I have a difficult time failing. The purpose was to teach, to make the mistake, to learn from it, and I didnt like it much at all. I needed to be taught how to do it right, to build the habit correctly, before games are had because Ms. Deb teaches trial-by-fire. I can respect it. For me personally - I didnt walk away from the class feeling prepared to do my job. Onboarding and shadowing with my employer will better prepare me (I hope) for my Med Tech position. I do look forward to returning for my BLS certification.

I am very happy to have completed and passed my CNA course at Quality Career Pathways in the hybrid modality. I really recommend it, the instructors are very nice, especially Lisa.

Zillion stars is possible if you think its the end of your education,u experienced discouragements from another school? This place, you have to take advantage until MISS DEB is still here. She will lift you,you want new you, diff you in nursing or med field Area.. this place and MISS DEB is your super power. Yes you have to study a lot online,u might get overwhelmed with the exams even before in person clinical,but you will see why lots of people say she is an amazing as a person and way she taught us bc she is in real world. I had MA from another state and unfortunately it was not transferable. Our class had diff people from diff countries, she made sure we are a team. I wish theres more instructor like MISS DEB in nursing school, tho its hard, she will make sure she is beside you for your success.. Thank you again
